Frank Roscitt has been with Hartz since 1987. As Vice President - Taxes, he is responsible for all corporate tax matters including strategic planning, compliance, and representation of the company before taxing authorities.

Prior to joining Hartz, Roscitt worked at the accounting firm of Coopers and Lybrand as a Tax Manager. He received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Villanova University, a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall School of Law, and a Master of Laws (in taxation) degree from New York University School of Law. He is licensed to practice both as an attorney and as a certified public accountant in the State of New Jersey.
