Glenn D. Frankel is a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel and joined Hartz in June, 1990. He graduated from Fordham University in 1978 and received a B.A. in Philosophy and Economics and minored in Business. Glenn received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1981 and was subsequently admitted to the NJ and NY bars. Prior to joining Hartz, he was the Senior Counsel and Corporate Secretary at the New York State Urban Development Corp. from 1981 until 1987 and in private practice at Horowitz, Bross, Sinins & Imperial from 1987 until 1990. Glenn concentrates in the areas of commercial and real estate law and handles the leasing activities for Hartz's New York City portfolio.
