Lawrence Garb is responsible for the accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and administration of the company's commercial real estate portfolio consisting primarily of office, industrial and retail properties as well as for the company's hotel division.

Prior to joining Hartz, Mr. Garb was a Manager with Price Waterhouse in their Real Estate Industry Services Group. He provided auditing, consulting and due diligence services to a variety of real estate developers, managers, and financial institutions.

Mr. Garb holds a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree from the University of Vermont. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants.
