Mark Killough has been a member of the Hartz team since 1984. In his current position, he develops and maintains contacts with capital sources for real estate. He manages the financing of the existing portfolio of properties and newly developed projects. He also manages the analysis of development projects, lease rental rates, and partnerships.

Mr. Killough received a Bachelor of Architecture in Structures from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Rutgers University.

He has a State of New Jersey Mortgage Bankers License and a State of New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson License. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and the Mortgage Bankers Association of America.
