Perry E. Frenzel supervises the preparation of site plans for new construction and expansions of existing buildings within the corporate portfolio. His duties include the coordination of various design and technical consultants, including geotechnical, civil design, and traffic.

Prior to joining Hartz in 1990, Mr. Frenzel was the Principal Associate in a consulting engineering firm. He also served as the Chief Engineer/Director of Engineering for the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission, the regional state zoning and planning authority for the Hackensack Meadowlands.

Mr. Frenzel holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he has also undertaken graduate studies in Environmental Engineering. He is licensed in the State of New Jersey as both a Professional Engineer and Professional Planner.
