Richard Milder has been with Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc. since 1992. As a member of the Legal Department, he works closely with senior management on all types of real estate matters, including leasing, financing, purchases, and sales.

Prior to joining Hartz, he was associated with the Newark law firm of McCarter & English. He began his legal career in New York with the law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges.

Mr. Milder received a B.A. degree in political science from Brooklyn College of the City University of New York in 1980 and a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law in 1983. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
