Salvatore Gentile is responsible for overseeing all property management functions for Hartz’ commercial portfolio of properties which include the supervision of the purchasing of all building services and property management personnel.

Prior to joining Hartz in 1989, Mr. Gentile was Assistant Vice President with Williams Real Estate in New York City. There, he provided third party management services to institutional landlords.

Mr. Gentile received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University. He is a designated Real Property Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). He is also a member of the New York Real Estate Board and its management council.
