Vincent J. Rubino, Jr., together with the General Counsel and the other
members of the Hartz Legal Department, represents Hartz on lease and finance
transactions, and on a broad range of legal matters including intellectual property
and commercial litigation. He also assists the General Counsel in the supervision
of the Hartz Legal Department.
Prior to coming to Hartz, Mr. Rubino was a member of a mid-sized general
practice firm with offices in Newark and Secaucus, where his practice included
commercial real estate and civil litigation.
Mr. Rubino received a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honors from Rutgers
University and a Juris Doctor degree from Seton Hall University, where he
served as Associate Editor of the Law Review. He is also certified by the
Superior Court of New Jersey as a municipal court mediator and is a
volunteer mediator in the Essex Vicinage of the Superior Court of New
Jersey. Mr. Rubino is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and
the Supreme Court of the United States.
