HARTZ LEASES 117,680 SQ. FT. TO HOME DELIVERY AMERICA

Elmwood Park, NJ - October 29, 2009 - Hartz Mountain Industries leased 117,680 square feet at 397 East 54th Street in Elmwood Park to Home Delivery America, a leader in home delivery, distribution, warehousing and logistics.

Merians in 1965, Home Delivery America provides third-party home delivery, distribution, and warehousing services for large products, which include furniture, appliances, large electronics, exercise equipment, and bedding. Notable clients include GE, Sears, The Home Depot, Bob's Discount Furniture, Sleep Savvy, LG, Maytag, and Whirlpool.
